What is BUF (Berkeley Underground Fitness)?
The mission of BUF is to help people get in better shape, be outside, and have fun without paying insane amounts for fitness classes and gym memberships. Workouts are designed to (kick your ass!) boost your metabolism by incorporating high intensity cardio with strength training in a fast-paced circuit style. Modifications are provided to create a challenge (or a little help) for ALL levels*. Old school cardio-only training is good for you, but your metabolism adapts too quickly and it's hard to see results. If you do THIS workout 2-3 days/week for a month--you will add muscle tone, increase lean muscle mass, and lose fat. 

*All fitness levels are welcome, as long as your doctor approves vigorous exercise for you. Some exclusions would include cardiovascular disease, pulmonary or metabolic disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension.
