
Berkeley Underground Fitness was started by Megan Hall, PhD, CPT with a mission of helping people get in better shape, be outside, and have fun! As a former NCAA volleyball player and participant in multiple competitive and recreational sports, fitness has always been a passion of hers. Her philosophy is that exercise (whether it's kayaking with your kids or boosting your speed in the next marathon) should be fun, challenging, and good for you.
This workout is designed to be dynamic, interesting, AND will help you get over the hump (eg; shrink the spare tire, get toned arms, boost cardiovascular fitness, improve posture and balance, and lose fat).
