Here is a workout you can do from home if you miss class or want a mid-week boost. Go through it once, if you are pressed for time.

Circuit 1 (repeat 1-3 times):
  1) split jacks (30 sec)
  2) plank hold (30 sec)
  3) balance lunges (30 sec per side)
  4) bunny hops (30 sec)


Circuit 2 (repeat 1-3 times):
  1) jump rope/run in place (30 sec)
  2) bicycle crunches (30 sec)
  3) high plank jumping jacks (30 sec)
  4) squats with lateral kick (30 sec)

Circuit 3 (repeat 1-3 times):
  1) high knees (30 sec)
  2) push ups (30 sec)
  3) single leg step ups (30 sec/side)
  4) quick feet (30 sec)
